Donation Request
The Adventure Center of Asheville and Wildwater are locally owned and operated. We believe that being a responsible business means giving back to our community. Therefore, we contribute over $75,000 a year to schools, community organizations, at risk populations, healthy living, and green/environmental programs throughout the region. This includes our annual event in June, Zipping for Autism, in which we have donated over $250,000 since 2013 to family services for autism support in Western North Carolina.
Each year, we receive many donation requests for financial assistance, tickets and merchandise in support of many charitable organizations and schools. We regret that we cannot approve all requests. Ineligible donation requests include monetary donations and individual fundraisers.
Currently, we are accepting donation requests for activity passes from local schools and 501c3 non-profits. Current requests will be reviewed after March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. Therefore, all requests in between those time periods must be submitted prior.

The staff were so helpful for a new to this person! One member calmed
a child down from thr ground so flawlessly! These people know what they are doing and they respect what the do to keep people safe in the air! So fun! Felt safe the whole time!

Employees were super friendly, helpful, and contributed to this being a great experience! This was our first time on a treetop ropes course and zip line, we had a blast!!

Great guides! True treetop experience. This was our 2nd time zip lining. Love the on ground practice course to get comfortable with the equipment. Will return for the longer course. Great addition to seeing Biltmore for the kids and kids at heart.

Me and my friends did a 2.5 hour zipline with Grant and Anna and had so much fun. They made the experience very unique and comfortable. We will miss y’all and 10/10 recommend!
I and tow other school employees took a group of students here as part of a summer program. Not only were the staff informative and knowledgeable about their jobs and safety, but they also engaged with and encouraged our group as we worked through the high ropes course.
We absolutely LOVED this experience and hope to bring more groups in the future!
5 stars for treetop ropes course. 3 stars for zip lining. Zip lining was average at best, good staff, just boring lines. Ropes course was soooo fun. Great variation of difficulty with the hardest ones being genuinely hard in addition to ‘scary heights’ The staff was so kind and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend

The two crew members that assisted my party were very helpful, patient, kind, and entertaining. Caleb definitely helped calm down nerves with his quick wit and humor and his partner (who name I regret not remembering but she had blond curly hair I believe) were excellent and I highly recommend coming here to anyone
